Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern California is a non-profit organization that aims to create a community where children and their families embrace life and healing with a sense of hope, enthusiasm, courage and joy.
By offering access to medical, social and education resources through a variety of programs, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern California provides comfort, care and support to children and families throughout the Southland through the following programs:
- Ronald McDonald Houses in Loma Linda, Los Angeles, Orange and Pasadena, and two under development in Long Beach and Bakersfield
- Ronald McDonald Family Rooms® at Children’s Hospital Orange County® in the cities of Orange and Mission Viejo
- Camp Ronald McDonald for Good Times© in Idyllwild, Calif.
- A Community Grants Program
- Four scholarship programs
Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern California has been Southern California McDonald’s® charity of choice, and largest corporate donor, since the non-profit organization’s inception in 1987. Portions of the charity’s annual operating costs are funded by Southern California McDonald’s owner/operators and the remainder comes from the generosity of individual and corporate donors.

- Purchase three cookies for $1 and a portion of the sales will benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern California.
